Tex Mex Dip

One of our family favourites and always a hit at gatherings is this recipe - Tex Mex Dip, which serves a crowd!

What you will need:

1 x 400g can of refried beans (can use kidney beans)
2 large avocados
1 x 430g tub of sour cream
1 x 35g packet of taco seasoning
3 chopped tomatoes
¾ cup olives (pitted – sliced work well, too)
4 finely sliced spring onions
1 cup of shredded tasty cheese
2 x 200g packets of original corn chips

What to Do:

On a large platter spread out the refried beans in a thin layer. Mash the avocados with a fork and then spread over the beans. Mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning and spread that over the avocado. Then, cover with the tomatoes, followed by the olives, cheese and spring onions. Surround the dip with corn chips. Enjoy!
