Peach Iced Tea

A beautiful refreshing drink that can be altered just by changing the fruit added. Whether you’re entertaining an entire crowd or simply in need of a well-deserved treat for just you, this easy yet delicious iced drink recipe is sure to hit the spot!

Peach Iced Tea

Prep time: 1 hour Serves: 8


4 Peach Herbal Infusion tea bags
4 sprigs of mint, leaves torn
4 cups boiling water
4 cups chilled pineapple juice
2 cups chilled ginger beer
4 passionfruit
2 peaches, seed removed and sliced
3 cups ice cubes (Try making different shapes)
Extra mint, to serve


Steep tea bags and mint in boiling water for 2 minutes. Discard teabags and place tea and mint in the fridge until cold.
Add tea, pineapple juice, ginger beer, passionfruit pulp and sliced peaches into a large jug or carafe. Stir until well combined.
To serve, add ice cubes to glass and fill with iced tea mixture. Top with fresh mint. Enjoy!
