Hi Anne,

Welcome to July!

We’re already half way through another year and believe it or not there are only 174 more sleeps till Christmas! Winter is well and truly here and the slow cooker has made numerous appearances in our household. It is just divine to walk inside and smell the delicious aromas of a slow cooked curry, stew etc. It’s also lovely when we can to grab a few minutes to sit in the sunshine out of the wind and soak up our daily dose of Vitamin D!

This month we share some Deli Delights, organic foods, a vegie superfood, a yummy recipe plus some tips for getting us moving. We continue with responding to customers concerns from our online store survey. Some of you mentioned that you would like to see more ready prepared meals, cakes and other sweet treats. Call in to the Deli Department and check out their displays of yummy cakes and assortment of easy meals.
